The experienced chef works closely with the head chefs of the respective hotels and Managing Director Alexander Winter.
Vegetarian dishes have long been much more than a patchwork of side dishes. Christian Lohse proves just what is possible with his veggie menu in the RIKS restaurant at Boutiquehotel Erika. Awarded two Michelin stars for many years, Christian Lohse is one of the best and most versatile chefs in Germany. Under his management, the "Fischers Fritz" restaurant in the Regent Hotel on Berlin's Gendarmenmarkt was awarded two Michelin stars from 2007 to 2017. Prior to this, his restaurant "Windmühle", which opened in Bad Oeyenhausen in 1994, had already received two stars.
Born in North Rhine-Westphalia, he trained as a chef in Dijon and deepened his knowledge in top restaurants in Paris and Tours. The Sultan of Brunei hired him as a private chef at the legendary "The Dorchester" in London. Christian Lohse has been a TV chef and judge on various cooking shows since 2013.
Chic, charismatic and cosy - this is how the Erika presents itself to the many regular guests, holidaymakers and locals who want to relax in style in the center of Kitz. Built in 1897, the boutique hotel with its 54 rooms and suites is one of the best-known hotels in Kitzbühel and has been run by arcona since its reopening in 2021. The first-class hotel is located within walking distance of the center and the Hahnenkamm ski area. It combines the charm of Art Nouveau architecture with modern comfort and offers a wellness area with pool, beauty and relaxation facilities.
The RIKS restaurant under the direction of its head chef Frank Ackermann spoils guests' palates with its sophisticated seasonal and regional cuisine. In the Greenhouse Bar & Lounge, hotel guests and locals enjoy freshly mixed drinks either at the bar or in the lounge's velvety seating areas. RIKS also regularly invites guests to "wine & dine" tastings with wine and culinary delicacies.
