TV and star chef comes to Göhren on November 11th
So that guests can enjoy the event in complete relaxation, the Vju Hotel is offering its Kuli-narik highlight as part of a gourmet weekend from November 10 to 12, 2023. Christian Lohse: Master at the stove - jack of all trades on air
Christian Lohse is one of the best and most versatile chefs in Germany. Under his management, the "Fischers Fritz" restaurant in the Regent Hotel on Berlin's Gendarmenmarkt was awarded two Michelin stars from 2007 to 2017. Prior to this, his restaurant "Windmühle", which opened in Bad Oeynhausen in 1994, had already been awarded two stars.
Born in Westphalia, he trained as a chef in Dijon and deepened his knowledge in top restaurants in Paris and Tours. The Sultan of Brunei hired him as a private chef at the legendary "The Dorchester" in London. Christian Lohse has been a TV chef and judge on various cooking shows since 2013. Since 2021, he has been advising arcona Hotels and Resorts on the food concepts of their properties.
