Creative cuisine

The gastronomic concept is inspired by chef Johannes Wallner: together with his team, he creates authentic dishes using fresh regional produce: Whether it's trout from Sättelstädt, fresh goat's cheese from Creuzburg or saffron from Altenburg - Wallner creatively combines exquisite products from Thuringian producers with international influences. Stylish ambience

The restaurant is managed by Katrin Kühn. We offer wine pairings to accompany our monthly menus. Anna-Maria Beckert, responsible for the selection, serves specialties from the Saale-Unstrut region as well as national wines.

In addition to the AnnA restaurant, designed in the style of the 1920s and 1930s, the special garden also invites guests to enjoy themselves. As in the entire Hotel Elephant Weimar, hotel guests, Weimar residents and their guests are equally welcome here.
