Starting from Vienna's Naschmarkt, Haya Molcho has made the concept of modern Levante cuisine known throughout the world. The Molchos have been riding the wave of success with their family gastronomy concept for years. They now run twelve "NENI" restaurants, including in Vienna, Amsterdam, Copenhagen and Hamburg. They also have their own products and various cookbooks. NENI is a real family business, as the four letters stand for Nuriel, Elior, Nadiv and Ilan - the four sons of kitchen virtuoso Haya Molcho. A shared food culture has always played an important role in the Molcho family. Meals were always eaten in large groups, together with friends and relatives.
