Weimar, 02.01.2022 - The Hotel Elephant Weimar will close for construction work from January 3 to February 28, 2023. "We are taking a winter break because we need to overhaul our technical facilities and bring the kitchen up to date," explains General Manager Stefan Schwind.
Reopening with a culinary highlight: on March 17 and 18, "Elephant's Finest: A Matter of Taste with Dieter Müller & Johannes
Wallner is on the program.
While work is going on behind the scenes, the Hotel Elephant Weimar is of course still accepting reservations for the AnnA restaurant and for overnight stays in the hotel.
